"Motteke! Sailor Fuku Re-mix 001 -7 Burning Remixers" Will Burn Your Soul
by Zac Bentz, 08/28/2007

"Motteke! Sailor Fuku Re-mix 001 -7 Burning Remixers" is, obviously, a remix album featuring the Lucky Star OP "Motteke! Sailor Fuku." The styles range from crazy fast para para techno to slightly slower but no less crazy para para style techno.

OK, so maybe that's overstating things a bit. There is actually a range of dance styles, but maybe it's just that is seems like the remixers couldn't help but make an already critically annoying song full of loops and stuttering vocals even more hyper and annoying. Nevertheless, tens of thousands of people helped to lift the album to number three on the charts last week.

Through the magic of the (capital I) Internet, you can now spend the next half hour staring blankly at the album cover on the screen as track after track of screeching sailor suited girls throttle your ears, and possibly the darkest reaches of your soul. The first video posted above contains the first two tracks, the "Chōshi Koite Gyokusai Mix" and the "Metabo Taisaku Mix." If you survive that, there are five more (all in album order! How nice of me!) after the jump.
