Last week I showed you the character art and details about the new Vocaloid Megpoid, who is called the "Rankaloid." While many people really hate the character design, people will ignore it after hearing her voice.

Compared to the older Vocaloids, the Megpoid sounds a lot smoother. There are several demo clips that you can listen to, including one that seems to make Ranka sound like an idiot (see here and here). Don't forget that she will be released on June 26th and can be pre-ordered online (you will most likely have to use a proxy to order her through Japanese websites, though)! After hearing some sound clips, you can forgive her odd character design, right?
