A Daily Dose of Music: Old School Thursdays

10:00 AM on 11.22.2012

Hiroko is now getting ready to have a Puerto Rican style Thanksgiving dinner, so she has requested me to keep the Daily Dose full. It's been quite a while since I got to play Ouendan 2 for the DS, and one song that comes to mind is Zoku by Kishidan.

The Ouendan 2 version is played to a story about three guys that are trying to build a giant robot, so that they can defeat a giant cat that's terrorizing the city. Little did I know, the actual music video for Zoku involves Kishidan participating in a deadly baseball game. And the aftermath results in an extreme situation that invokes different levels of manliness, as you route for the group's victory. Heck, these guys already exhibit their own level of hotblooded manliness, since they wield the powerful combo of mixing the gakuren with the sacred ouendan dance -- that's one bad*ss pompadour!

You can also check out the Ouendan 2 version of Zoku in the section after the jump.
