Maybe now I will get around to watching this show. Time and other circumstances prevented me before...

Bad Dubs Are Bad!

Yet, I approve of this. This how it should be done. If they can release more anime online I'm sure this will increase people's interest in Anime. Showing it on tv and online is the best way to get the word across. This might even spur DVD sell of the show.

Those who pay attention to DVD sells know that shows like Bleach, Naruto, and other Cartoon Network anime shows are big time DVD sellers.

I whole heartedly approve of this, aside from the crappy dubs the show will most likely have.

And Geass is on at 1:30 am EST? Why the hell didn't they give it the 11:00 pm timeslot? My schedule doesn't really let me watch TV after midnight, and watching it via AS Fix destroys the purpose of watching the dub in the first place (IE, on my comfy couch; on a nice TV; not at a cramped and uncomfortable computer desk).

Be honest, what do you think will get higher ratings, Code Geass or Family Guy?

Still a bit sad about AS's treatment of anime now especially since I first watched Cowboy Bebop on it.

@Nmaster: I find it hilarious that people think AS hates anime. If they hated anime so much, why the hell would they keep showing it? Ratings? Doubtful. I'm sure they could just air more of the same stuff like they always do and still get more viewers than a new episode of Bleach would.

I find it extremely hard to swallow that a network that hates anime so much would actually put the original Astro Boy and Gigantor on the air. You don't do that for ratings, you do that out of love.

As for the original story, AS has been putting new episodes for all their shows online before they air on tv, which is pretty convenient. What I don't like is that AS stopped putting Bleach episodes online and that AS only has one episode of a series online at a time.

Oh well. It's still free anime online, legally.

I don't know maybe its good that Code Geass will air at 1:30 in the morning maybe this mean that the wonderful and dark moments towards the end of the season will be unedited.
