AKB48 idols cosplay at Tokyo Big Sight event

Several pictures of AKB48 members Mayu Watanabe and Miku Tanabe cosplaying at Tokyo Big Sight have recently surfaced online. Dressed as Sheryl Nome from Macross Frontier and Yui from K-On! respectively, Watabe and Tanabe graciously agreed to pose with visiting fans and fellow AKB48 members. 

Mayu Watanabe will be part of the cast of the upcoming AKB0048 animated series, a show coincidentally directed by Macross Frontier co-creator Shoji Kawamori. And that's it for your six-degrees-of-Kevin-Bacon moment of the day. Such elegant fan service on their part, don't you guys agree?
