Alert: H1N1 spreads to robots in Japan

The Swine Flu is so strong and so mutated that even robots are getting it.

I know what you're thinking. You're thinking that a robot can't possibly catch a viral sickness. Well, this one can. In fact, if he gets H1N1, he'll actually get the sweats, start convulsing, moaning and even begin crying, just like a human would. If left untreated, the robot will stop breathing.

Yeah, you're right. Robots don't breathe. But this training robot does something that looks a lot like it, as well as most of the other body functions a sickly person has. You can see the creepy guy twitch and eventually cry in the video above. Scary.

This faux patient was recently displayed at the Security & Safety Trade Expo (RISCON) in Tokyo, says Pink Tentacle. I almost feel bad for the guy. He should've wore one of those masks, though.
