If you're salivating at the prospect of trampling several people to death in pursuit of a new washing machine or other shiny household appliance this coming Friday, you may be happy to know that there are Black Friday specials just for anime fans. Crunchyroll will give you $20 back on either a three-month or twelve-month Anime Membership via Paypal, and considering that the three-month membership is only $19.95, I'd say that's a pretty good deal. Of course they're just hoping that people will sign up, thinking that they're getting away with something, and proceed to get hooked on simulcasts in 720p, but hey, it's still a deal.
For those not knowledgeable about the Way of the Crunchy, most anime on the site is free to view, but only Anime Members can see new episodes within the hour of their airing on Japanese TV; I'm a member, and the only real problem I have with it is that they offer far, far more anime than I have time to watch- well, actually another problem with them is that they've licensed Shin Kohime Musou, but to each his own I suppose.
Header image is from Yumeiro Patisserie, the show that legitimizes Crunchyroll in my eyes. Five-inch tall fairies fighting with spoons and forks is why they exist.
