With bated breath, Jeff and I waited at FUNi's panel at AnimeNEXT for the announcements they'd have in store. But alas, all we got was a dub cast and a blanket statement that they're looking, but haven't yet gotten any of the following seasons to shows already in their library. Same with the CPM titles: they've just started looking, but it's early for them to be making any buys.

But! There was the announcement of a dub cast for Dragonaut, so we're at least bringing you that from the convention floor. You can see the list right up there, but to give you a better context for everything, follow me after the jump for how big this.

At least they said they are looking into more seasons of shows they already have.

I would really like to see more seasons of shows like xxxHolic, Hell Girl and Shana and I always wondered why they never seemed to have any movement on that front despite japan being many seasons ahead and the popularity of those shows being quite high.

At least something was announced. I was hoping for Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni Kai, and Hell Girl season 2. Oh well, at least Caitlin Glass is doing something, she is one of my favorite English VAs.
