These custom made Super Mario World levels that seem to play themselves are certainly nothing new. Our crack team here at Modern Method broke them to the world (regardless of what some other lesser-spined sites may like to think) a while back, and they certainly haven'tslowed down.
The one presented above just might be the pinnacle of awesomeness and mind-blowing attention to detail. It's set to JAM Project's operatic anime rock song "Gong," which was originally used in the PlayStation 2 game Super Robot Wars Alpha 3, and appeared on their Olympia ~JAM Project Best Collection IV~ album.
Not only is the level perfectly timed to the music, it also manages to play along a few times, hitting a series of notes much like those in the song. Plus, some parts are just damn awe inspiring in their presentation. Also plus, it's five minutes long. Talk about a workout.
Look, I could talk about it all day. Just watch the damn thing and you'll see what I mean. Perfection!
Check out the jump for another good one set to that crazy Danjo song.

Wow those were nice automated levels. I don't know how they do those, it must take so much time to sync it with the music and make the level look cool.
