Why the hell not? We've got a maid cafe for everything else -- why not one for Samurai-themed maids? Sengoku style? Sure.
Sengoku Style Cafe & Bar Mononopu is about five minutes away from Akihabara station, prime real estate to launch another cafe. Girls are clad in a wierd hybrid of maid outfits and samurai armor. Pink armor, mind you. They carry little swords, but seem to have sweet faces. It's a strange combination, but it's probably interesting enough to have the curious filing in.
The menu is filled with kooky item names. There's a beef battle bowl, beans named after Bishamonten, and a crape carrying Nobunaga's name. I'd draw my blade (or chopsticks) to any of them. It's also a bar, so if you are in the area, be sure to get a drink manly enough to be fitting for a samurai.
