Blue Exorcist: The Movie is prepared to kick Satan's butt
The US subtitled trailer for Blue Exorcist: The Movie is finally here, and I'm pretty excited to see where the story goes! The Aniplex film is set to hit theaters in Japan on December 28th, but no time frame on the eventual localization has been announced. The trailer features some lovely new scenes and looks quite well animated. One of my major critiques of the show was the uneven animation quality and art work, but from what I see, a big movie budget is just what the story needs. Even better? The trailer prominently features Mephisto Pheles. His background and story were left hanging a bit at the end of the season, so I'm hoping I get a bit more closure.
