Hehehe... you guys found out about this one a bit late, eh?

Overall, this trailer looks pretty awesome. Still, I can't help thinking the animation looks less fluid and detailed then Ordet's previous work on Kannagi. It feels to me like this PV is just an early rough-draft, and the final animation will be a lot more polished. That's a totally subjective opinion, though...

I loved the AMV that came back a while back. Im glad they made a full anime on it and Im ready to check it out!

Somehow, I find myself disappointed that the quality isn't higher, but I'm guessing that's because of the art form. The lack of plot detail is also a bad sign because without plot there is no story, just a highly over hyped PV. I hope they'll release some sort of plot idea soon...

It might just be me, but her eye glowing reminds me of "Code Geass."

I cannot stress this point enough,but BRS is NOT BASED ON MIKU DAMMIT.


BRS is an original character from an illustration by Huke, Ryo then was inspired by the illustration and created the song "Black rock shooter" which was sung by Miku, after which Huke created the PV (the video you see when listening to the song)for, and then inspired a whole round of doujinshi and fanart, and then finally the anime.

People keep thinking that BRS is a dark/emo/goth/evil/warrior-in-bikini version of Miku. She ISN'T. BRS is a whole different franchise. It's like saying Sheryl Nome = May'n because they both have long wavy hair and the same voice.

The plot seems to be a bit magical girl-ish. BRS is a normal schoolgirl and then she get's hit by a star or something. Then her best friend turns into Deadmaster (green horned girl) and she has to transform into BRS to fight her or something.
