Just in case anyone happens to be going to Dallas and forgot, this weekend is A-kon 19. A-kon 18 was my first con, and this one will undoubtedly be like... ninety times cooler.

A few quick notes for any interested parties: Versailles and Budo Grape are having concerts, A-kon is attempting to beat a world record for hot rikku cosplayers, and ADV will probably not show up for a panel yet again. Okay, just kidding on the Rikku part, the record they are trying to break is for all video game cosplay, not just hot FFX characters. Plus, us Jtorians will be sieging A-kon. Between Dale, Gia, Aoi, Tim, Redzie, and I, good times are almost guaranteed.

Okay, well that's about the run of updates. Although the schedule for the con isn't up yet, you can haunt their main page for updates.  Of course, I know a couple of you folks are going this weekend (cough, cough SgtSkull and DarkCyder), so hopefully we'll be able to wave at each other at some point.
