Hey, Kagami? I don't mean to be troublesome, but would you mind helping me out with some of this homework? I mean, it's not like you've got any clubs to worry about today -- what were you going to do, go to Animate with Konata?

I'm kidding, I'm kidding! Please? I'll buy you lunch. C'mon, you pick the spot, I'll pay. Yes, even there. In fact, that might not be bad -- it'll give us a chance to talk a bit more. I mean, we rarely get to during the school day. You're always running over to see your friends as soon as you get the first chance.

Hiiragi Kagami, I love you.

Don't act surprised! Did you honestly think I was asking you for help with my homework? You know I place right alongside you in the class rankings. Really, I just wanted to get you away for a few minutes to tell you that. You see, I've had my eyes on you for a while now, and I've finally worked up the courage to say it.

One of the first things I noticed about you is your fashion sense. For school trips, or when I passed by you on the weekend, you were always so sharply dressed. I'm glad that you take pride in yourself. You've always got things under control, whether it come to class trips, homework, or everything you have to do.

And it's not like school is your only life. I really respect that you're a shrine maiden and all, and think it's great that some continue to actively keep the faith here in Japan. You see that less and less in the world these days. And the fact that you play games? Oh, my heart is aflutter. 

What? Konata? Well, sure, I'm sure we have a lot of similar interests, but she has no drive. I know it must be hard always keeping on top of your friends and your sister in order to make sure things go alright, and I love that about you. It shows that you care. You'd make a great mother.

Sorry, I tend to think forward in the future a bit much. "I shouldn't even be having such perverse thoughts," you say? Well, what about that time I caught you at the doujinshi market, checking out some yaoi. Ohoho, you didn't know anyone saw you, did you?

I've got two tickets to the movies for this weekend. Won't you come with me? Please?
