Just to clear things up, that is OBVIOUSLY a Metroid with a dick on its head....with some kind of really rancid case of the Clap and the Herp....it's so horrible, but I can't look away. Poor little disfigured Metroid....I'd probably name him Squishy. DickSwim would make him too self-conscious.
