Despair, you're only getting one piece of One Piece 3DS

Get it?! One...piece...of a One Piece game!

Seriously, though, this is sad news for fans of One Piece games resources. It seems that the English-language version of One Piece: Unlimited Cruise SP for the 3DS will be more or less chopped in half (get it? One piece!) for its European release.

The game, in its original Japanese incarnation was a 3DS port of One Piece Unlimited Cruise Episode 1 and Episode 2, which were previously on the Wii. Unfortunately due to the storage issues posed by having to stuff five European languages onto the cart, the entire second game had to be cut.

Ouch. At least the North American version, with just two languages to worry about (English/French or English/Spanish, usually), should have enough space on the cart, right? Unfortunately, the game isn't being published in North America yet. Ah well, at least you've got the Dynasty Warriors-ish One Piece game to look forward to.
