For the sake of clarification, this is not an app that allows you to order crunchy rolls from the comfort of your own home through your PS3. Back to the important news, people will now have the ability to watch Crunchyroll's selection of shows through their PS3 -- now that's a better deal than getting a single roll delivered to your house. 

If you happen to download the app through the PSN, then you will get access to a 30-day free trial. However, this only applies to members that don't have a premium account. 

Most of you might be pained to hear this, but the app currently lacks the option to watch shows in 720p and 1080p, and the PS3 app can only be viewed by people in Canada and the US. But don't worry, the forces behind Crunchyroll are working hard to make sure that you get that 720p and 1080p option during this year. They are also making sure that PS3 owners in other countries will one day have access to the new app. 

To those in Canada and the US that own a PS3, are any of you going to jump on the Crunchyroll PS3 app, or are you going to wait until the app undergoes a few upgrades.
