Hey. My name is Dim.



That's me, there on the left. I'm 14 years old, male, 5'11", have blue eyes, wear glasses and have long blue hair which is usually hidden under a hat which has a little Bulbasaur badge on it. While I've always had an interest in manga and anime, having grown up with many anime such as Pokémon, Digimon and Dragonball Z being aired on TV, I have only recently started watching a lot of anime. I first fell in love with Rave Master and later watched Death Note subbed while it was airing in Japan and I also loved that. However, I only recently started watching a lot of anime, motivated by a friend who I was going to an anime expo with.

I started watching Naruto (which I LOVED up until episode 135, before the filler started) and I fell in love with the whole "J-Culutre" while at the expo (Londom MCM Expo, May 2009). After returning, I started watching a whole load of anime - Ouran High School Host Club, Neon Genesis Evangelion, FLCL, Lucky Star, Bleach, Fullmetal Alchemist, One Piece, BECK... And I love it.

I have started this blog to write about my impressions of anime I watch and manga I read. My main passion is video games and I have started a nice little blog over at Desctructoid where I will blog about all things video game-related, and I have a pretty cool introduction post that introduces myself a lot better than this little post will and also shows off my pretty kick-ass room.

So I hope you enjoy my blog - I'll try and update it at least once a week, but I'm not promising anything! I'm just finishing watching BECK: Mongolian Chop Squad and I shall probably blog later about my impressions of that.
