A recent issue of Young Jump magazine, which currently hosts the ongoing manga, touted the announcement, but didn't have much in the way of concrete detail. Whether it'll be a new TV series picking up after Rozen Maiden Traumend or perhaps a movie - fitting in with the recent trend of feature-length films taking the place of additional TV seasons - is still unknown.
All we really know is that Busou Shinki's current hold on the ball-joints and figure-bits portion of the character design fetish market is under threat from a venerable veteran. Desu.
