cubeecraft is a great site that features some rather simple but never the less fantastic little papercraft characters. Built from the same basic template, all of the characters (so far, at least) are blocky, robot-like figures of a decidedly geeky bent.

The site is also very simply set up, with the available kits ready to download right at the top, and the future releases silhouetted with a date underneath. One click and you're ready to print your new little friend.

So far he/she/they have released 10 characters, with Kirby, Stay-Puft, a Stormtrooper and the Weighted Companion Cube among their ranks. Two that are sure to spark interest around here are pictured above, Sachiel from Evangelion and Lagann from Gurren Lagann. Both. Super. Cute.

Jump on over there and get building. Bonus points for posting pics of your creations in ways that will amuse and/or disturb me. Neither of which are an easy task.
