The most stubborn Pokemon in all of Pokemon-dom takes the Middle East situation into his own mouse-y claws and invades Iraq.

Okay, so not really. The lovely (self-proclaimed "awesome" and "super-sexy" blogger) Gia of A Geek by Any Other Name spotted the electric rodent on CNN while waiting for breaking news on the Presidental primaries. A segment covering a kids' show in Iraq showed a quick glimpse of a sad Pikachu one-off. Seriously, he looks like a cross between Mickey Mouse, the Wal-Mart happy face, and... well, Pikachu.

I guess this Fakeachu is good for the Iraqi kids. Gia says that the reporter interviewed one of the little kids on the show, and she said she really loves Pokemon.  Sweet. Scary.
