  One such manga is Kodomo no Jiken(A Childs Time), most the things you're talking about are doujins(fan made comics so theres no right to stop that) that would be like banning adultfanfictions. You should protect anyone's right to express their ideas no matter how despicable it is, only should it be stopped if the person is being, held illegally or below age of consent.
