Fate/EXTRA CCC's Gilgamesh is as arrogant as ever

5:06 AM on 11.15.2012

I really dug Fate/EXTRA for the PSP. Despite its many issues, I found the story to be an engaging take on the Fate/Stay night mythos. I was pleased as punch to read that a sequel was in development, and then disappointed as hell when it seemingly vanished off the face of the Earth.

Looks like it's back for good now. With Fate/EXTRA CCC (PSP) set to release here in Japan in a few months (February 21, 2013), the promotional material is starting to come in. First up is a video introducing us to CCC's version of the always popular Gilgamesh. I love that he's actually one of the four choosable servants, though I have my doubts over whether he'll eventually turn out to be a sympathetic character.

With Aksys having made the surprising choice to localize another Hakuoki game, it's not outside the realm of possibility that they grab Fate/EXTRA CCC. Keep your fingers crossed, Type Moon fans.

These Fate/Zero cushions are manly as hell

There's no hiding that Fate/Zero filled me with all sorts of happy feelings. It's one of my favorite shows from the past five years, and I go to bed every night while caressing my BD sets.  Ok, that last part isn't true,...
