Featured Fan Art: Ranka Lee's \m/

Featured Fan Art: Ranka Lee's \m/ photo

After watching Macross Frontier, I realized that there is a powerful weapon that can make even the most hardened fighters throw down their weapons and get hearts in their eyes. Of course that weapon is Ranka Lee’s super cute \m/ or kawaii devil horns as we call them in the west. Seeing the powerful nature of this weapon it appears as if the rest of the animeverse has taken this move as their own. Who knows what kind of destruction Golgo 13 can do with this in his arsenal? Deculture!

This phenomenon started in a recent episode of Macross Frontier as Ranka Lee whipped out this sparkly dance move during the middle of a battle; lucky for you I have a video of the scene after the jump. Most of these pictures were made by die-hard Japanese fans of the show who also happen to be fantastic artists. I love this type of art, so don’t stop the music Japan!
