I'll be honest with you guys and gals. Code Geass has never really appealed to me for one reason or another. The first season didn't do much for me and while I enjoyed the pure eye candy on display, I greatly disliked the core cast of characters. Maybe that's why I'm actually kind of looking forward to the new OVA, Akito the Exiled, which recently released in theaters here last Saturday. If this new ten minute look at the beginning of the OVA is any indication, the production values are at least deliciously high!

While the first ten minutes were uploaded to the official site, a youtuber has kindly ripped them and put them up on Youtube for a much less annoying viewing experience. I'm digging the CG look for the mech action and the character designs are... as CLAMP as always. Can we please turn CLAMP into an adjective or something?
