We (as in the Human race) are now at a historic milestone. There was a time when people murdered, raped, and stole from each other without punishment. A great milestone of our species was when justice was invented, and the person who murdered another was duly punished. Now, a man from Ishioka, who for this article shall be known as Panty-san, has been the first person in the world (or just in Ishioka) to be arrested for buying panties from a 14-year-old girl.
Panty-san met this girl through a mobile phone matchmaking site. He offered her 10,000 yen (around $100) for two panties. However, he never received the farm-fresh soiled loins; instead he was sent to jail and now has endless amounts of ‘fun time’ with his new roommates. Remember, the next time a junior high schoolgirl tries to sell you her panties, just say no! Even if they are only $10 and come with a 4 month subscription to Xbox Live, it isn’t worth it.
