Just finished the last couple episodes tonight. Anyone else watch? Thoughts?

I dug it. Great visuals, great music, and a pretty fine story.

I want to hear about it getting licensed, but haven't found much talk about it on the webz. Anyone else out there?

Is the music really that great? All I remember about this show is that the music would be done by Shinichiro Watanabe and I kinda wondered about that, because even though he directed the two shows with possibly the best soundtracks out there... he didn't actually write the music for them. Really, was he always a composer?

As for the show itself, I didn't watch it because no one told me it was any good.

He defintiely produced the music, according to the credits. I wouldnt say it's mind blowing or anything, but I think it defintiely added to the show. I'd say more on the level of the Samurai Champloo music, but not quite as great as the Cowboy Bebop music.

It is very good. Watch it.

The music of MeH is... Special. It's a very latin/samba soundtrack that is not necessarily latin and/or samba. It's weird, but it kinda fits with the Brazilian/Japanese vibe of the show.

I honestly can't get enough of this show. It's like the Cowboy Bebop sequel I always wanted and could never have. The character designs are awesome, the show flows well without feeling bogged down or sped up, the voice acting is fantastic and the dialogue is well written. The music stands out fantastically and never seems out of place.

I really hope this show gets licensed, 'cause I would buy it in a heartbeat.
