Game Center CX's US release to come with more episodes

Game Center CX's US release to come with more episodes photo

Discotek is not giving up when it comes to surprising its fans with their release of Game Center CX, since they are going to include more episodes in the set. I guess that twelve episodes is not enough to show how entertaining it is to witness the Kacho's journey into retro gaming.

One of them is going to be the infamous live event where the Kacho attempts to tackle Mighty Bomb Jack, which will cover the entire two hours that he went through. The next one will cover his ordeal where he tries to conquer Ninja Gaiden II: Dark Sword of Chaos. If you thought that it was over, they are also including the challenge where he plays the roguelike RPG known as Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer.

Adding the extra episodes together, that makes the total episode count go up to 15. To fans of the Kacho's ordeals, this actually sounds like a great compliment to anyone who desires to own this set.

If there was a catch to this great news, it would be that the DVD set might come out in September instead of the month of August. However, you will get the option to switch between the Japanese audio and the Engish narration that was shown on Kotaku. Taking everything into account, waiting one extra month is not that bad.
