Get hype for anime songs, NicoNico streaming Animelo free
Anime songs are a thing now. Have been for quite a while, and Animelo, the yearly "anison"-centric live event, is just one days-long, hyper-exciting proof of that. This year's event, Animelo Summer Live 2012 ~Infinity~, is set to kick off Saitama from August 25 to 26, but NicoNico wants to make sure that nerds can start hyping themselves up for it as early as three days before the time comes. How? They'll be broadcasting archive footage of 2010 and 2011's Animelo concerts for three days, starting on August 22nd, at 2100 Japan time (about 0800 EST on August 21st). First up will be day one of Animelo Summer Live 2010 -evolution- and at the same time on August 23rd, day two will follow. Day one of Animelo Summer Live 2011 -rainbow- goes up on August 24th, and on the 25th and 26th, the broadcast of 2012. Everything is free, except, of course, for the 2012 broadcast, because that's live and they can charge for that stuff. If nothing else, it'll be something to liven up your morning (or evening), especially if you're into anime songs. Are you? Did you know?
