I have some great Gurren Lagann news for all of you on this stormy Friday. Rights Stuf is now taking preorders for the first DVD of Bandai Entertainment’s Gurren Lagann. Remember this is nine episodes of pure bliss saturated in a sub-only universe. Not only that, but famous internet blogger Gia reports that there is also a special edition releases that comes with a CD. Now only the Gods know what that CD holds, and since I’m not a member of the cool God club, well I’m out of luck. Though it takes no genius to figure out that it probably is the series OP single, “Sorairo Days” or a snippet of the OST.

Second we have some more news about the Gurren Lagann movie, with will be coming out in Japan on the 6th of September. If you preorder between May 30th and July 17th then as a extra-special present you will receive a free clear poster, or if you preorder after July 18 then you get an illustration collection. Either way if you can go, PREORDER! Not only that, if you check out the official website they now host a trailer for the movie. Though watching it is no easy task since you need an up-to-date Windows Media Player and Internet Explorer. Tell me how it is, because I can’t get it to work. Come on Youtube ninjas, GET TO WORK!
