It's quite the shame that relatively few of the Macross properties have made it over to this side. I still twitch a little in otaku rage when people go "Oh, don't you mean Robotech?" after I mention it. The latest series in the venerable franchise, Macross Frontier hasn't managed the journey, but already I have something to add to my growing DO WANT list.

This big-ass "DX Chogokin Macross Quarter" action figure was debuted at the Tamashii Nation 2009 event, and depicts the series' star Macross model, the Macross Quarter. It's fully articulated and transformable, which means you can do what you've always wanted to do and recreate the famous Macross Daedalus Attack. The figure will come with to-scale models of Valkyrie Fighters and Destroids,which makes it even more kick-ass.
