Normally this is the part of the post in which I'd be welcoming you all to Go West!. Unfortunately, as some of you might have noticed, the column still isn't up.
There's a reason for that.
Tokyo Game Show is next week and we've been busy around these parts. I'll be going to the show for all four days, covering the event for Japanator and helping out with Destructoid duties as well. I'm planning a lot of exclusive content for you guys in the form of galleries, video tours, interviews, hands-on impressions and lots of good stuff. In order to do that though, there's a lot of prep work that needs to be done.
As such, Go West! will be taking a brief hiatus. I promise you all that te column will make its grand return post TGS. Until then, you should give a listen to the Red Sun Gamer Podcast. Eric, myself and three other gentlemen living in Japan talk about J-life and Japanese games for hours on end. Episodes tend to run anywhere from two to five hours, so prepare yourselves for some quality listening. RSG is essentially Go West! in the form of a podcast, so hopefully it'll be able to keep you all entertained until after TGS.
Stay cool folks.
