Gon kicks up a stink this April photo

Recognise the little fella among the penguins up there? Well, his name is Gon, and you probably recognise him from a relatively unknown game called Tekken 3. It's a little known fact here in the west, but before playing beach volleyball with True Ogre, he already had his own manga. He was in fact a guest character.

The manga is fairly famous for containing no lines of dialogue, with Gon and his adventures being told through pictures alone. It's an interesting concept, and one we'll be able to see in fully animated glory come April 2nd when the anime starts. It's snatched the 6pm Monday slot on TV Tokyo, which is currently occupied by Gintama', yet there's no word if it's ending or simply changing time slots.

Still, I'll be looking forward to seeing this. Gon is my favourite tripod-stanced generic carnosaur.
