Hakuoki franchise scores a new OVA, TV series and 2 filmsWell damn. In case there was any question about Hakuoki's popularity in Japan, here you go. The popular visual novel franchise, Hakuoki, will be getting a brand new OVA, TV series and two films over the next two years. The films won't be debuting until 2013, but in the event you just can't get enough of the Shinsengumi kicking demon ass and romancing the ladies, the new TV series will be airing this summer. Titled Hakuoki Reimeiroku, you can safely bet that one of us will likely be covering it come June/July, so stay tuned. If you haven't already picked up Aksys Games' recently released Hakuoki: Demon of the Fleeting Blossom, you really should.
