I might be a few days late (like I usually am…), but happy 4th birthday 4chan (10/01/07), little brother to 2channel, which just so happens to be the biggest forum on Earth and Jupiter combined. But, did you know 2channel started its life in Arkansas? Yup, just like Bill Clinton. So what this all comes down to is that the possibility of 4chan being inbred is extremely high.

If 4chan was a real country, it just might be the worst place in the world, a place where everyone hates everyone and everything. A place where dead bodies and sexy furries litter the fields and rivers, and endless choirs of Tay Zonday constantly sing “never going to give you up.” But, lucky for us, we see this land from afar, like Morpheus watching the endless lines of green text fall outside of the Matrix. It’s safe from this vantage point; the hackers on steroids can not touch us here. It's much like watching the lions at the zoo, but 20 times more entertaining. Lions can’t make epic threads.

Back on subject: Thank you for providing us board individuals a place to lurk and a place to find epic lolz.
