This is, of course, the ending theme and video to the anime Sora no Otoshimono. Why would they go with flying panties as an ending? Well, if you've watched the anime, it fits. 

The thing is, instead of being perverted and gross, it's all kind of lovely. I think it has something to do with the theme song, which is sweet and calming.
