You might not remember, but I sat through the entirety of Hiiro no Kakera's first season. It is one of those shows that had so much potential, but as a full season didn't quite deliver. If anything, it could have been condensed rather than stretched out to where it is now: just about to begin its second season.

For those of you who want to keep on watching the demon-slaying teenagers save the world in a reverse-harem situation, be sure you're tuning into Crunchyroll starting on September 30 (that's a Sunday) at 11 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (2 p.m. Eastern Standard time) to get your fix. 

Here's the official season two synopsis copied from a press release:

By awakening as the Tamayorihime, Tamaki thought she had sealed away the Onikirimaru with the aid of her guardians, but the demon blood in Takuma is beginning to cause changes in his body. The unity of the guardians is shaken as he begins to question why he can't escape his fate, and Logos is on the move again. What future awaits Tamaki as fate continues to toy with her for the sake of sealing the Onikirimaru?

I'll be checking it out, and you can expect a full first impressions next week after the pilot goes live. Is anyone else going to sit through this one with me?
