While we're eagerly anticipating the Astro Boy CGI film, Hot Toys is showcasing their Astro Boy figures which are guaranteed to be awesome, no matter what you might think of the film. Known for insanely high-quality items, Hot Toys has put the same amount of care into their Astro Boy figure.

Check out the full image down below, and you'll see what I mean. While the figure is lacking minute details, it's because it fits exactly within the original character art. Coupled with that, they've done a fantastic job with the boots and thrusters, creating something that looks just out of the movie.

While they don't have a price on it yet, I'm sure this will be coming out not too far after the movie hits theatres, and I'll be sure to pick myself up one of these. How are you guys feeling about the upcoming CGI film? I'm really excited for it -- I have a feeling it'll turn out well, as I'm sure Tezuka Productions has some oversight on the film.
