Hey, remember me? Dale North? You might remember me as Professor Oak.
The last time we talked was early this year, and not too long after that, one Rob Bricken called me up and offered me a job at animeOnline. I gladly accepted and have spent the last half year having a blast, but I've missed Japanator like nobody's business, and I repeatedly asked the boss to not forget about me, hoping one day I could come back.
You may have heard what happened, and while it's a shame, fate works in funny ways.
I've always had an incredible amount of love for the Destructoid Network, and I regularly thank the Great Robot for the opportunities he's presented me. You may have noticed I am an editor on the mother blog as well as on NextLust and I love the both dearly, but the crazed otaku in me has been longing to blog the day away on Japanator for some time.
DMV and Japanator have welcomed me back with open arms, and I'm very grateful. Japanator has blossomed into something great, and has become a home for many anime, manga, and J-culture fans, and I'm a bit sad that I missed out on some of that growth. I hope I can do my part to continue helping in the growth and get back into the swing of things.
It's really good to be home.
