Index movie completed...a week before release?

Feb 16 // Chris Walden    @EuricaeriS

It seems punching didn't solve this problem.

There are certainly plenty of us eagerly anticipating the latest instalment in the Touma Assault Chronicles, but some information recently dropped by producer Nobuhiro Nakayama brings a little worry about the quality of the project. He recently tweeted that the film has finally been completed, with the film due to hit cinemas a week today.

As alarming as that may seem, the practice of working on animation right up until deadlines sure isn't unheard of, at least for the television variety. It could also be that they just wanted to spend as much time as they could making little changes and tidying it up, rather than performing significant changes so close to release. I suppose we'll have to wait for the opinions of those that see the film before we find out!

It certainly seems like it'll be a good year for To Aru fans, as the second instalment of A Certain Scientific Railgun is also due. You certainly won't hear me complaining!
