If you're 8 years-old I can understand how you hold such a childish opinion but otherwise you really do need to actually think about the issue a little and form a real view on it.

The problem with these kinds of cases is that they don't specify exactly what the person gets busted with. If it's straight up drawings of child porn then it's child porn and he's trying to do a bullshit run-around on the law. If it's loli manga then it's a bit more grey but the chances are reasonable that there's a history if someone is getting 15 years for buying a copy of Santa is a Shithead. Then there's the exceptionally rare case where someone is getting hassled for buying something that's tackling difficult issues and some idiot managed to stumble upon the three frames of a naked kid and ran to FOX news with it.

I'm willing to bet that this guy was buying a dozen copies of "Super Loli Rape Sex with my Little Sister" and associates heavily with pedophile associations and thus deserves some sort of fine at the very least.

I believe we are more educated than the masses here and can think about this rationally, that these are just drawings and this has no real effect on reality.

For example, in my state the legal age is 16, so you can sleep with a 16 year old as a 25 year old, but if you take pictures of said act, then you now are in possession of child pornography, how about that?

Second I believe there is a fine line here just like anything in life. If you look at the drawing or read the manga or watch the anime and just do that there is no real prom i think but if you do all that and go around harm and acting out what you saw read or watch then there you are crossing that fine line. I guess the old saying is true here as well "It only takes one to ruin it for the rest"

Third They are picture. It is "possible" no real child were harm in any way of the making of said pictures. But on the other hand it is possible they are trying to prevent the thought of physically harm a child in any way is alright.
