Is your body ready for Dark Souls II?

12:00 PM on 12.10.2012

Here I am, still creeping around the expansion set for Dark Souls, thinking I have all the time in the world to hit that coveted Platinum Trophy. If you happened to watch the Video Game Awards this past week, you probably got a chance to see the chill inspring new trailer for, Dark Souls II, the sequel to a couple games we kind of love more than our families around here.

The new game boasts some new server mechanics, battle strategies, and strangely, a new director? From Software is still at the helm on this one, but I gotta ask, Why change what works? I have to trust them on this, and hope that they don't stray from the beloved formula too much, but I guess a little change might be refreshing. Sit back relax, and have some tissues ready, as I shed a small tear at the beauty of this one. 2013 just can't come soon enough!

I'm excited to see a true sequel to a spiritual successor of a spiritual successor. Maybe my gear will transfer over? Probably wishful thinking...

Here's an indie game 'Which' should be on a kids' show
