Im going to Tokyo in May and I was wondering if I can find any figure my heart desires? What I mean is do these hobby stores have a constant stock of some older figures, or are the figures discontinued like on the online stores? For example, Im dying to find the Yuki Nagato Nendoroid as well as many of the first Haruhi Suzumiya Petit Nendoroids and the Rin Kokonoe Nendoroid.

I've been trying to come up with a k-on drinking game to make the show a bit more palatable. The best I've come up with is taking a shot every time they act in a way that defies any sense of reason or logic. It works for the show, but a drinking game really needs less subjectively defined criteria for drinking. Any thoughts?

Do any of you find watching sports to be incredibly boring, but are able to get into anime series based around sports despite that? After really enjoying One Outs, Cross Game, and now Giant Killing, I've discovered that's totally the case for myself.

I'm curious as to the music tastes of the staff. What do you guys consider "good" opening or ending themes this season? Personally, I love the Rookiez is Punk'd song for the Durarara Opening 2, so I was rather stunned to hear people thinking it was "horrible" rather than it just didn't suit their tastes.

@Danny Right now I'll tell you the answer is going to be no. You'll find more recent/poplar ones, but finding older figures is going to be a pain. It's like trying to find retro games in stores here in the US.

What are your thoughts on anime that end the series with a cliffhanger ending? This seems to be an issue primarily with anime adaptions of long running seinen manga such as: Berserk, Death Frenzy, and Blade of the Immortal, but have affected other adaptions such as "His and Her Circumstance". If a studio doesn't have the resources to finish the series proper, why not end with some kind of resolution rather than ending the show right before the beginning of an important story arc?

What are your views on series that get picked up, but then are cancelled or more importantly end up on hiatus (eg: Guyver, Area 88). How many series have you personally invested in, that have annoyingly ended up like this?

Also, Japanator, how about regular features, on those creators who make the anime and manga that we all enjoy, what it is. This kind of thing is sorely needed, as many fans don't know, or seem to care, who create what they love, when these good people won't be around forever. With the recent tragic death of Carl Macek (Robotech), Keiko Tobe (With the Light) and Kaoru Kinimoto (Guin Saga), something like this would be a great addition to the podcast. What do you think?

I've never understood why they animate a huge series, if they can't guarantee finishing it to the end. Berserk, BotI and Claymore were all awesome, but their anime were unfinished. Even the awesome Baccano, is an unfinished story that deserves closure. This leaves us without an alternative at times, a real shame. Praise the lord we have scans.

I agree on Irothtins comment about going through the fetish talk since it was an interesting when you all did it.

As for questions, Are there any plans to cover anything related to sentai or kamen rider for future podcasts?

As far as I know, most eroge have a very deep storyline (especially the Key ones, like Kanon and Air) In most of the cases, the porn is just slapped on it. Is this just to make the game sell more? Don't you think this makes the entire 'deep' storyline completly unbelievable, since in the end, all the characters are just sex objects?
