0:59:27- People talk about Inception for a RIDICULOUSLY long time. You could consider this Omake, but Watanabe's presence ties it into Jtor, so meh. Spoilers abound, but to tell you the truth, I don't think you'll understand WTF they're talking about unless you've seen the film anyway- I certainly didn't.

Tooltime: Guys, the power tool used in HSoTD is called a "hammer drill." It's a drill used to drill holes in concrete. The bit turns but also goes in and out at the same time. Never had to use one on a zombie though...

J-drama: I watched all of Bambino this week, I agree the opening song was great but that Ban was the biggest whiner and crybaby ever. The coolest person on the show was the chef/owner.

Yes it's the only reason. iTunes manages my podcasts automatically and I hate having to go into my main music list to delete an MP3, and I can't put the MP3 files into a podcast playlist unless they are from a feed

You can add it into iTunes and then right click it, hit Get Info, Options, and Media Type then hit Podcast. It will add it into Podcasts and as long as the Album Title is the same, it should add them all under the same little folder thingy.

Holy crap. I fell asleep at the drill vs. jackhammer part. Shit you not, I started dreaming that I was actually arguing with some random guy in a red shirt (I think near a bus stop) about it being a drill or jackhammer. WTF?

Then, when you guys started talking about Inception, when one of the guys started talking about dreams not being what they are in the film, I saw a map of an island, then looked to my right and saw the waves slowing down and then the ocean slip open and COME RIGHT BACK AT ME AT ABOUT 200 FEET TALL.
Oh, and when you mentioned that screens don't allow photographs and such, I pictured myself in a hurry trying to leave a theater.

Thanks for the nightmare! Although, I probably shouldn't nap wearing headphones...

I have to intensely disagree with you for those Kingdom Hearts comments, Mike. I found the first game to be much more open and fun than the second game's invisible wall-filled linearfest. I'm not saying two was bad, but it definitely wasn't as good as the first.

Also: Why are people always so hard on FF XII? I still had a lot of fun with it and I liked that it made the world feel so real by having such large cities and having the monsters interact in real time instead of in cordoned fights. I also really loved the hunt system because it made exploring the world fun, and I inadvertently found so much stuff by going on hunts.

KH2 is RIDICULOUSLY better than the first one. Don't get me wrong, the first one is great. The second one just had a much more involving story, and they fixed a lot of the graphical/camera problems that bogged down the original. Plus: TRON WORLD! PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN WORLD! Come on.

I remember both those worlds. They were so limiting, and you only got attacked by like the same three character models for pirates or computer whatevers. They were also prime examples of the punishing linearity of the game. I remember going through the entire first area of the PotC world getting so frustrated because I basically ran into every invisible wall before finally finding the right way.

In KH1, the best example of what made it great was Wonderland and Monstro. In Wonderland, searching the world for evidence was completely optional, but you could roam the entire world without limit as long as you figured out the puzzles to get there. The same in Monstro, hell you didn't even have to beat Monstro. It was just a fun and challenging maze world. Every world had fun things like that, special rooms that weren't necessary to move the plot but are fun finds for those adventurous enough to find them. In KH2, all you do is go from corridor to corridor with no freedom and that just killed it for me.

Also, fuckin' Chernobog. Nothing in 2 beats Chernobog.
