Well, not really. I saw this pop up on some JP blogs, and wasn't planning on sharing it with you, because really, basing characters off of popular shows isn't that surprising. It's kinda ho-hum, and unless you've got a massive crush on Azunyan, there's no reason to play this game.

That is, until I found out what it's called. The game's title (NSFW link, obviously) translates to "The dance of people from the future who don't know the proper method of child production."

I'm sure there's a pithier way to write that, but you really only get the full effect of the title. Let it sink in. Mull on it for a few minutes.

What I have a hard time coming to terms with is that there's no mystery to the title, no puns, nothing. It lays the entire premise out in front of you, saying "we really don't have much of a plot here." It's almost enticing. I wonder if MangaGamers or J-List will pick up the title for translation.
