Kamen Cider is a genius product tie-in

Besides watching Mask Rider Black as a kid, I was never much into Kamen Rider. That's been changing of late now that I've seen the Samurai Sentai Shinkenger/Kamen Rider Decade crossover, so in celebration I decided to post this little bit of old news: king of franchise-themed drinks DyDo has come up with another good idea: slapping some Kamen Rider color schemes onto cans of cider, making (wait for it)...Kamen Cider.

The best part of the whole thing is that the pun is largely unintentional. DyDo also made Ultra Cider based on Ultraman. Plus, they're just cans. Far less expensive than buying themed guitars or bikes or shameful bike shorts.

Unfortunately for a neophyte like me, it seems the cans are based on Showa-era Riders rather than the newer Heisei-era series or Kamen Rider W. Still, those are nifty cans.
