Kimi ni Todoke to have extra episode bundled with manga

When Kimi ni Todoke ended, I was happy and frustrated at the same time. Happy, because this story that I had become so attached to was finally coming to a conclusion, and frustrated because I didn't get the ending I wanted. Maybe everything will change with the extra disc they'll be shipping with volume 11 of Kimi ni Todoke over in Japan.

According to a listing over on BK1, Shueisha is putting out a special edition of Kimi ni Todoke volume 11, which will include a half-hour disc with some recap from episode 16, unaired footage and a live video performance from a Kimi ni Todoke event. Since it's a mix of recap and new footage, I wouldn't expect too much, but you never know!

The volume will be going on sale June 11th, so we'll find out shortly thereafter if the extra episode is worthwhile.

Until then, we can just HHHNNNGGG in anticipation.
