Remember back before the time skip when we discussed the Play Stationery line of figures, which are a combination of school gizmos and loli figures? Well, news from the Akiba Blog state that the makers of Play Stationery, Solid Theater, have just received permission to make a Kodomo no Jikan series of figures based off the series' three main heroines. Which will at this point forward, be called “Play Stationery 3(rd Graders) with Kodomo no Jikan”  However, this is bad news for those of you who always wanted a pencil holder based off the heroines’ teacher; remember, the squeaky wheel gets the oil.

Each of the three main heroines will be based off of the original figures: Rin will have the pencil sharpener, Kuro will have the eraser case, and Mimi will have the ruler. These toys will make a great stocking stuffer this holyday season, that’s only if they are released before then; as of now there is no release date.
