As is known by all, the ultimate expression of youthful Japanese manliness is found in the traditional Bancho ideal. A bancho, or gang leader, is...well, Atlus really explains it the best. In its "Intro to Banchosity," a bancho is:

"Raw badass, distilled to its purest form, wrapped in a hard shell of sweetdiculousness and smothered with awesomesauce."
