The snowy winters are coming, and Sentai has prepared the right license to keep you warm during these chilly nights. If you are into samurais and/or love, then you are ready to overcome the dangers that come from low temperatures.

Not to be confused with the Samurai X OVAs, since we are talking about Sentai's acquisition of Rurouni Kenshin ~ New Kyoto Arc, which is an OVA compilation of the Kyoto Arc from the Rurouni Kenshin series. However, the story is being told through the eyes of Misao, and viewers will get to relive the Kyoto Arc's moments in higher quality animation. Sentai plans to release the New Kyoto Arc in Blu-ray, DVD, and digital, so that everyone can have an equal shot at the Battosai.

For the love segment, Sentai is bring over Amagami SS+, the sequel to Amagami SS that was covered by Japanator's classy gentlemen known as Chris Walden. While I have not experienced anything related to Amagami, I did find it intriguing on how they covered the relationships between all the possible girls that the main character could date, since most romance animes tend to focus on one love interest. And unlike Sentai's plans for the Kenshin Kyoto Arc OVA, the show is only going to get a DVD and digital release. 

With Sentai covering both samurais and romance, is anyone looking forward to owning Amagami SS+ or the Kenshin Kyoto Arc OVA?
